Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the consultancyservices offered by Vision360 International Ltd (“Company”). By registering with Vision360International Ltd or engaging with any of its services, you agree to be legally bound by theseTerms.

1. Scope and Agreement

  • These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern all consultancy services provided by Vision360 International Ltd ('Company'), including but not limited to International Education Consultancy, Skilled Worker Placement, and the Innovation Hub.
  • By engaging with any of the Company's services, you ('Client') agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

  • The Company provides guidance, advisory, and support services. Vision360 International Ltd is not a recruitment agency, employer, or educational institution and does not act as a direct intermediary for employment or admission contracts.
  • The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to university admission, job placement, visa approval, or innovation funding. All final decisions are made by third-party entities (e.g., universities, employers, immigration authorities, investors) and are beyond the Company's control.

3. Client Obligations and Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and professional environment, all Clients agree to:
  • Provide only accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the engagement.
  • Refrain from submitting forged, altered, or misleading documents or information.
  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with all Company personnel.
  • Not misuse the Company's services or platforms for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, and legal action where applicable.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • The Company respects Client privacy. All personal data, documents, and communications are treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
  • The Company will not share, sell, or disclose personal information or documents to third parties without the Client's explicit written consent, except where legally required to do so.
  • The Client agrees to allow the Company to use anonymised data for internal analytics, reporting, or service improvement purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

  • For submissions to the Innovation Hub or other programs, ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property remains solely with the Client unless a separate partnership agreement for commercialisation is mutually agreed upon.
  • All content, materials, templates, and guides provided by the Company are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Vision360 International Ltd. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit these materials without prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees, payment terms, and subscription details will be outlined in a separate service agreement specific to the service being provided (e.g., Skilled Worker Placement, Education Consultancy).
  • Any third-party costs (e.g., university application fees, visa fees, travel costs, legal consultations) are the sole responsibility of the Client and are not included in the Company's service fees unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The consultancy services of the Company are advisory in nature. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, delays, missed opportunities, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of its services.
  • The Company is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of any third-party entities.
  • Clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence before committing to any third-party process or opportunity.

8. Amendments and Modifications

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant updates. Continued use of the Company's services after such notification implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
