Skilled Workforce Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the consultancy services offered by Vision360 International Ltd (“Company”). By registering with Vision360 International Ltd or engaging with any of its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

  • Vision360 International Ltd is a career consultancy service provider, not a recruitment agency or employer.
  • The Company offers guidance, advisory, and support services to skilled professionals seeking local or overseas employment.
  • Vision360 International Ltd does not act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers for the purpose of employment contracts.
  • Vision360 International Ltd does not guarantee job placement, job offers, interview invitations, or visa approvals. All outcomes depend on external factors beyond the Company's control including market demand, employer selection criteria, and immigration policies.

2. Eligibility

  • The Company's services are intended for individuals with at least 8 years of verified professional experience across industries.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in your current country of residence.
  • By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Vision360 International Ltd respects your privacy. All personal data, documents, and communications are treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance withVision applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR or local equivalents).
  • The Company will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information or documents to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where legally required.
  • You agree to allow Vision360 International Ltd to use anonymised data for internal analytics, reporting, or service improvement purposes.

4. Service Limitations

  • The consultancy services of Vision360 International Ltd are advisory in nature and are based on experience, research, and current best practices. Results will vary per individual.
  • The Company is not liable for any decisions made by third parties including employers, training institutes, immigration authorities, or government bodies.
  • Any third party costs (e.g., visa fees, travel costs, course fees, medical tests) are borne solely by the client and are not included in the Company's subscription plans.

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Cancellation

  • All clients are entitled to a free onboarding consultation after registration.
  • Continued access to the Company's support services requires a monthly subscription fee, details of which will be shared post consultation.
  • Subscription charges will only commence after your written confirmation post onboarding.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving a minimum of 7 daysʼ written notice via email or official communication channels of Vision360 International Ltd.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or services already rendered.
  • Third party cost is not included in the subscription such as solicitors, trainers etc.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and professional environment, all clients agree to:
  • Provide only accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout the engagement.
  • Refrain from submitting forged, altered, or misleading documents.
  • Maintain respectful communication with all Vision360 International Ltd personnel.
  • Not misuse the Company's services for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
Violation of this Code may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, and legal action where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, templates, guides, and advice provided by Vision360 International Ltd are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • The Company is not responsible for the actions, policies, or decisions of any third-party entities.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any materials without the prior written consent of Vision360 International Ltd.

8. Disclaimers

  • Vision360 International Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, delays, missed opportunities, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of its services.
  • The Company is not responsible for the actions or policies of third party entities, including but not limited to employers, immigration offices, training institutions, or travel providers.
  • Clients are advised to conduct their own due diligence before committing to any third party process or opportunity.

9. Modifications

  • Vision360 International Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of updates via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Company's services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in, UK.
